The mission of the Staff Orientation and Development Office (SODO) is to provide support for the orientation of newly recruited instructors at Yildiz Technical University School of Foreign Languages (YTU SFL) and professional development opportunities for teachers (and learners when appropriate) in order to enhance the quality of teaching and learning activities at YTU SFL, to promote shared institutional values and work in coordination with other academic offices and contributes to the learning and teaching environment within the institution.
